Shipping & Refunds Policy

SHIPPING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all orders placed on https://dermamd.in (the "Platform"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

Important: Shipping charges, eligibility for free shipping, order value thresholds, Cash on Delivery (COD) availability, and delivery conditions are subject to change and shall be as displayed on the Platform at the time of checkout. The checkout page shall be the final and authoritative source for such commercial terms.


1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, eligibility for free shipping, order value thresholds, delivery options, and any other shipping-related commercial terms shall be as displayed on the Platform at the time of checkout. The checkout page shall be the final and authoritative source for such terms applicable to an order.


2. Product Authenticity & Batch Information

  • All products sold on the Platform are 100% authentic.
  • Batch numbers, packaging, and product images may vary based on inventory rotation and availability.
  • Product images displayed on the Platform may be digitally created, enhanced, or generated using artificial intelligence (AI) and are intended for illustrative purposes only.
  • Such variations do not affect the quality, safety, or intended use of the product.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines shown on the Platform are indicative.
  • Where no specific delivery date is mentioned, orders shall be delivered within fourteen (14) days from order confirmation.
  • Delays may occur due to courier partner constraints, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

4. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting customer support. Once an order is dispatched or marked ready for shipment, cancellation is not guaranteed.

After Dispatch

If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may be attempted by refusing delivery at the time of delivery.

Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed only after the returned shipment is received at our warehouse and successfully verified.

In cases where an order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery, certain logistics costs may have already been incurred in processing and shipping the order. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to adjust or recover reasonable forward shipping and reverse logistics charges arising from such cancellation. Any remaining eligible amount shall be refunded in accordance with the Refund Processing timelines stated in this Policy.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated refusals or non-acceptance of deliveries may result in temporary or permanent restriction of COD facilities for future orders.

For combo packs or bundled products, partial cancellations are not permitted, and cancellation shall apply to the entire order.


5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic and personal care products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Missing product or empty box
  • Incorrect or wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Empty or used product delivered

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within two (2) days of delivery.

Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

An unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package is mandatory for all defective or incorrect delivery claims.

Products must be returned in original condition with original packaging, labels, seals, and barcodes intact.

Combo packs must be returned in full; individual items from a combo pack cannot be returned separately.


6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are initiated only after returned products are received and pass warehouse verification.
  • Refund initiation occurs within two (2) to four (4) business days after verification.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) business days, subject to banking timelines.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, refunds shall be processed via bank transfer upon receipt of valid bank account details. Timelines may extend up to seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days depending on banking processes.


7. Returned-to-Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned to our warehouse due to refusal, non-delivery, incorrect address, or repeated delivery attempts, the refund (if applicable) shall be processed only after the returned shipment is received and verified.

In such cases, certain logistics and reverse shipping costs may have already been incurred in processing the shipment. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to adjust or recover reasonable forward and reverse logistics charges arising from such return. Any remaining eligible amount shall be refunded in accordance with the Refund Processing timelines stated in this Policy.

Repeated instances of refused or undelivered orders may result in restriction of Cash on Delivery (COD) facilities for future purchases.


8. Policy Changes

Derma MD Essentials reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on the Platform shall be final and binding.
