Dark Circles

Dark circles is a common skin issue that plagues most of us. It may appear as shades of brown, blue, black, or purple.
The causes are varied and can be any of these:

Types of Dark Circles

Some general measures to reduce your dark circles include:

Get a full night’s sleep, of at least 7-8 hours

Stay hydrated always and cut down on salt in your diet

Cut down on your screen time

Stop smoking

Always remove your make up every night before you sleep

Treat your allergies

Protect your eyes with protective sunglasses and use SPF on the surrounding skin.
