How do they work ?

Skin booster injections are a soft, gel-like substance called Hyaluronic Acid (HA). HA occurs naturally in the skin, muscle and joints and holds incredible amounts of moisture. Procedure

topical numbing cream is applied to the area to be treated making the procedure painless. Multiple micro droplets of booster are then injected to the upper layer of dermis. Treatment takes around 30 minutes. Mild redness may be seen which disappears in a few hours. PROFHILO is injected using five point technique, thereby reducing the number of injection sites and discomfort associated with it . There’s no downtime with this procedure . Positive effects and improvement in the skin may be noted as early as the next day, but full improvement takes 2-3 weeks.

How often ? Procedure can be repeated once in 6 months if desired.

Instructions

● Symptoms such as pain, sensation of heat, reddening or swelling may occur during the procedure, which disappears in a day or two.
● Avoid blood thinners for about 3 to 7 days before treatment to prevent bruising. Blood thinners include ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, and vitamin E supplements both pre and post procedure.
● Avoid steam, sauna, swimming and heavy exercise for 2 days.
● Any laser or energy-based treatments for a few months as they can 'melt away' the effect of your skin booster treatment.
